What To Expect with Your Skywalker Roofing Experience

We’re here to make your roof replacement experience as pleasant and pain-free as possible. Here’s what you can expect with your Skywalker Experience:
• Initial Phone Call
You’ll be greeted in a friendly, professional manner, and we’ll assign you to a personal consultant who can answer your initial questions and schedule a time to come out, provide a free roof inspection, and then sit down with you to discuss your needs and expectations.
• Meeting Our Consultant
Our consultant will arrive on time, and will conduct a thorough inspection of your roof, including video documentation. We’ll then share what we’ve discovered, take the time to answer any and all questions, and make sure you have all the information you need to make the best roofing decision for you and your family. We’ll go over the many roofing options that are available to you, and we’ll also discuss payment plans and financing options. Our consultant can also assist you with the necessary paperwork to get your project started faster.
• Your Roof Replacement
After all paperwork has been completed, you’ll receive a call from our project manager to schedule your project. On the day of install, our crews typically arrive on time between 7-8am, unless other prior arrangements have been made. Materials are normally delivered either one day before, or on the actual day of installation. Unlike the experience you may have with other roofers, Skywalker always has a representative present onsite during the install process to answer any questions and also handle any concerns. Once your roof installation is complete, our crew will conduct a thorough cleanup afterwards to make sure we leave your property just as we found it. We’ll then conduct a walk-around with you to make sure you’re pleased with the services we’ve provided, and if needed, we’ll be happy to make any necessary adjustments. Payment is expected at this point, unless financing or other prior arrangements have been made. And if your project also includes gutter installation, that will typically occur 1-2 days after the roof is complete.
• Follow Up
After everything is complete, you should receive a call from our Customer Service Manager to make sure we’ve met your expectations. At this time, please share your experience with our company!
